If any parts are damaged during assembly or transportation, we will exchange all defective merchandise free of charge. If we deliver items which are defective due to manufacturing error, we will also exchange the defective items free of charge.
If we are only hired to assemble the furniture (third party provided delivery service), and if we encounter any manufacturing defects or missing parts during assembly, in such case we do not exchange or obtain the spare parts free of charge.
Disposal of Empty Packaging
We will collect the empty packaging upon completion of assembly and move it to the disposal area within the building such as compactor room or the building's basement. We do not haul away empty packaging, unless specific arrangements have been made beforehand.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
We are insured and can provide COI for your building upon request. Your building's legal information has to be included in the COI. You have to contact your building's management and obtain the sample COI / requirement's paper and forward it to us.
